High Voltage Built-in BEC

The MAX5 has adopted the world's first HV built-in BEC with an output current of up to 25A and a switchable output voltage of 6V-7.4V. The high voltage BEC is designed to handle today's high voltage servos used by large-scale vehicles.

Regular Firmware Updates - Free of Charge

The MAX5 can be upgraded with the Hobbywing USB LINK software, a multifunction LCD program box, and a laptop. Hobbywing regularly updates its ESC firmware, providing upgraded features more often when available.

Built-in Anti-Spark System

The MAX5 is built with internal anti-spark circuitry that protects not only battery connectors from damage but also helps prevent physical injury due to sparking when connecting the ESC to higher voltage battery packs (5S/6S/7S/8S).
